Community rules
Before activation
Circle services are being prepared. These intended rules do not claim that chat, calls, certification, reporting or human review are operational. Actual moderation and appeal procedures must be published before activation.
Prohibited conduct
No illegal content, child sexual exploitation, violence threats, hateful discrimination, harassment, sexual solicitation, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, infringement or spam. Never solicit private keys, seed phrases or app passwords. Certification is not a guarantee of returns, fund safety or authenticity.
Consent and controls
Respect contact, calling and sharing choices. The live service must provide blocking, reporting, account deletion and human appeals. Stop unwanted contact after removal or blocking. Reports should contain necessary evidence, not automatic uploads of all private conversations.
Moderation and appeals
Violating content may be removed and accounts restricted with necessary grounds and an appeal route. Verification, payment or privilege does not exempt an account from conduct rules. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; ASTRA is not an emergency-response or live-monitoring service.
Intended certification criteria
Financial-asset and academic routes grant equal rights and are private by default. The intended asset threshold is CNY 3 million in verifiable financial-asset balances supported by an institutional statement issued within 30 days; crypto addresses, self-valued collectibles and isolated screenshots are not proof. The academic route accepts a verifiable bachelor degree or higher using CHSI or recognized overseas-qualification records rather than school rankings. Certification lasts 12 months with revocation and appeal. These are product criteria, not statutory investor status. This beta collects no real evidence; operator, privacy and review prerequisites must be satisfied before activation.
